Started the day off with a visit at Plug-In at Blk 71 to say hi to Chern Sun & Liana! It was thanks to them that we had an awesome venue for PuppetCamp SEA at Blk 71 last year.
And while touring around, I bumped into the super cool Darwin, our former Puppet trainee who is a big supporter of us.
Next up was a visit to JFDI Asia, a digital incubator for Asia to have some awesome coffees and meet more like-minded people. Thank you Meng for my wonderful, pretty latte.
Went for a little tour of the e27 office and learned more about their upcoming Echelon 2013!
Of course, no visit at Blk 71 is complete without dropping by the DropMyEmail office to say hi to John! I even scored a pretty little DropMyEmail umbrella that certainly helped to shelter me a little from the super hot afternoon sun.
By then, it was about midday, which meant it was time to hit the downtown offices! And while waiting for the shuttle bus, I got the chance to meet the awesome organisers who put this altogether - Vinnie & Kristine Lauria, together with Justin who helped as well. Such awesome people. =)
Off to the Duxton area...
First stop? The YOOSE office to find out more about their way of mobile advertising.
Then it was off to Flocations to say hi to Florian (it's a big joke amongst everyone, where we all wonder if he really did name his company after himself), find out what Flocations really does and enjoy some awesome sous vide chicken while Flo decides to leave his mark on our sign...
And while at Flocations, I ran into Carl who was the managing director at Neo so it was off to their office for a little tour to learn more about their form of incubation.
Then it was off to Internap for some pizza and networking, while getting photobombed!
Finally, a good picture before we all headed off to Kyo for the after party..
Met some new friends!
And had to 'save' our sign from being eaten.
Douglas had a little Drupal reunion with Andries and his friend.
Simon came to say hi too!
Met Jenny who works at a startup that specialises in reward programmes for employees!
And we're finally off on a rest after a whole day of walking about... Looking forward to the next one!
